When living with chronic illness, it can be easy to be hard on yourself & feel like you aren't winning at anything. We wanted to provide an opportunity for attendees of Care Fair & our 2019 Spoonie Collective Retreat to celebrate their victories, no matter how small they may feel. These accomplishments like cooking a meal for yourself or practicing self care, are truly not small at all and deserve to be acknowledged.
